The Los Angeles Sheriff Department in an Aug. 18 booking report said Michael Soren Madsen, 66, had been booked into the Malibu/Lost Hills Station at 1:40 a.m. after an arrest for a domestic battery misdemeanor 25 minutes earlier.
A representative for the Malibu/Lost Hills Station told The Hollywood Reporter that deputies arrived at 12:15 a.m. on Aug. 18. They went to 31600 Broad Beach Road in Malibu to respond to a “family disturbance” report.
The police statement said a female adult alleged her husband pushed her and locked her out of their residence. After investigating, deputies found Michael Madsen involved in the domestic incident with his wife. They arrested him shortly after.
The Malibu/Lost Hills Station stated that investigators continue their work. They will forward the case to the Van Nuys Superior Court for filing.
